The LSGOV faction is currently seeking OOC letters of interest for City Attorney.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the San Andreas Penal Code
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the US laws
- Ability and willingness to work alongside legal factions
- Not currently a faction leader in any legal faction
- Ability to pass a State Bar Examination, to prove competency
- Advises government entities in legal matters at their request
- Represents government entities at their request during litigation
- Advises the City Council on legalities
Expectations:
- If not in any legal factions - the same general rules apply as listed below. You cannot participate in situations on more than one character. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the faction, and could result in further server punishment
If in PD/SD:- Cannot be in Internal Affairs leadership (or faction equivalent)
- Cannot be involved in any cases as the City Attorney that you were also involved in on your other character (IE - someone sues the department because of your actions, you cannot represent the department as City Attorney)
